Gena leverages her 15+ years of sales management experience to oversee the training, development and process management of the sales team. She works with the team to identify new opportunities in target accounts, while securing the training and resources required for implementing programs that deliver on customer goals. She has worked with AM Conservation Group clients such as Xcel Energy, FirstEnergy, LADWP, Black Hills Energy, SCPPA and more to deliver complex energy and water savings portfolio programs. Prior to joining AM Conservation Group, Gena worked in sales management for the leading supplier of uniforms and career apparel in the United States.
